I needed a passenger van today and called around to several places and everyone was sold out. I called Chicagoland Truck Rental and they had just one available (15 passenger luxury van). The young lady I spoke with was very pleasant and patient with me and reserved it for us right away. We drove to pick up the van immediately and the customer service in person was the best! They were so kind, answered all of our questions, provided free bottled water and got us on our way within minutes. If you are ever needing to rent a van I totally recommend them. We definitely will be booking with them again in the future.

By far the best truck/van rental experience. Excellent customer service! We rented a 15 passenger van for my church and their van was almost brand new! It was clean both inside and out. A breeze from start to finish! Dealt with Zach on the phone and he was a total pro -- fellas in the office also great. Vehicle was clean (I needed a 15-passenger van to transport a wedding party) and everything in good working order. Very quick smooth pick-up process, and the after-hours drop-off was a life-saver. These guys are great! So organized as well. Rented at 15 passenger for my family of 9 to take out of town the van was a BEAST! The guys took care of us - there was a TV installed in the vehicle, which wasn't expected, and the kids were able to watch as we drove. Clean and plenty of room. I've driven vehicles like this before, so it wasn't a new thing. Still, they walked me through everything with the vehicle and made sure I was good to go. Great guys, great energy! Love their service! Businesses can learn a lot from these guys!
